KIDS SUMMER FITNESS PROGRAM

NBCF’s Youth Summer program is a strength and conditioning program designed for 11-17 year old athletes and non-athletes alike. The program combines high-intensity interval training, gymnastics, age-appropriate weightlifting and nutrition tips to deliver optimal health, fitness, and performance. Proper weightlifting techniques are taught, under the watchful eye of our Expert Coaches, to enhance strength, speed, and power, while also focusing on basic gymnastics to increase agility, mobility, and flexibility.
